Applications

It is usually cooperated with display meter, recording meter and electronic computer etc. It can measure directly the temperature of the mediums as liquid, steam, gas and of solid surface ranging from -200°C to 600°C at the production scene which has explosive such as hydrocarbon compound.It is usually used on special occations such as narrow pipeline,fast thermal response and micromation and so on.

Working Principle

Explosion-proof thermal resistance has a junction box of enough strength with gaps inside it. All spare parts which might produce spark, electric arc, and dangerous high temperature are sealed in the junction box. When explosion within box happens, flame and high temperature caused by explosion could be extinguished and cooled. So the flame and high temperature cannot pass the outside of the box to prevent the explosion.
